Strategy
Our overall strategy is to create profitable growth and, if possible, expand Boliden’s mines while continuously adapting the smelters to reflect trends in the market. We shall utilise resources and materials in the best way in all parts of the business. We will do that through stable, efficient work processes, investments in competitiveness and organic growth, and by evaluating opportunities for acquisitions.
